How do I find my account IP address? Print

If (for example), you're using third-party DNS/name servers (i.e. Cloudflare, ClouDNS, etc), you'll want to enter your account IP address in their control panel in order to "point" your domain to our web hosting platform.

To find your account IP address, please follow these instructions:

Login to our client area and click on Services
Select your domain name from the list of Services
Click on "Login to cPanel" (screenshot)
The IP address will be shown on the right hand menu, underneath "Shared IP Address" (screenshot)

You're all done! You now have your account/website IP address!
