If you've forgotten or lost your cPanel password, you may follow the below steps to reset it:

1) Visit Services in the customer portal
2) Click on the hosting plan that you would like to change the password for
3) Click on Change Password in the left-hand column under Actions
4) Input a new password and click Save Changes

The change will be instant. No further action is required.

"Service is excellent"

The service is excellent. George went above and beyond. In this day and age, it is very nice to have a real person that I can deal with rather than a chatbot or some nameless/faceless tech support department as is often the case at other hosting providers. Highly recommended.
