How are tickets answered? Print

Support tickets are a fantastic way to offer fast and effective support for any technical difficulties, pre-sales inquiries, and billing questions.

Ethernet Servers answers tickets based on the oldest last reply time.

This means that a ticket that has been open for, for example, 10 minutes, will be answered before a ticket that has been open for 5 minutes, allowing us to get support to customers who have been waiting the longest.

Each time a ticket is replied to, the counter will be reset, and for this reason, we ask that a ticket is only replied to if more information is being added, as replying will slow down the response time, and, our goal is to offer fast and effective support to everyone.
