Good question and the answer is, yes!
There are a few ways to do this, which are highlighted below:
Option 1:
You can sign up for any VPS plan via our website, entirely as normal. Once the VPS has been automatically provisioned, you can Create a Support Ticket and provide the below information, and we will move the VPS to its own SolusVM VPS Control Panel account:
- Customer's Name (Optional - we will set this as "VPS User" if you do not specify a name)
- Customer's Email Address (Required - this will allow your customer to enable login alerts, request control panel password resets and receive bandwidth notices. These emails will be from our white label domain which does not mention us or any other hosting provider)
- Customer's Username (Optional - we will set this to the customer's email address if you do not specify a username)
- Customer's Password (Optional - we will randomly generate a secure password if you do not specify a password)
You can then give your customer the control panel login URL, their username, and password, allowing them to use all the control panel features without seeing our company name or the name of any other hosting provider.
All support and billing for each VPS you resell from us will still be centrally managed in one single account at https://www.ethernetservers.com/clients with the idea being that you support & bill your customers via your systems.
Option 2:
If you like the idea of option 1, but don't like the idea of having to create a support ticket when you wish to have a unique SolusVM VPS Control Panel created, option 2 might be preferred:
You can sign up for any VPS plan via our website and create a new customer account using your billing address, but with an email address specific to the customer you are selling to. For example, if you're selling a VPS to a customer named "Bob Smith", you can create an email address just for this account (i.e. customer_bob_smith@yourcompanyname.com). Alternatively, you could use anything else of your choice (i.e. customerID@yourcompanyname.com). A welcome email, including a unique SolusVM VPS Control Panel account, will be sent to the provided email address.
You can then give your customer the control panel login URL, their username, and password, allowing them to use all the control panel features without seeing our company name or the name of any other hosting provider.

Option 3:
You can sign up for any VPS plan via our website, entirely as normal, and upon instant activation, you can give the SSH login details to your customer. For most resellers and customers, this might not be ideal because customers often like having the ability to manage their VPS. If you chose this option, you would need to perform all control panel actions (i.e. OS reloads) for your customers.
