Can the Operating System (OS) be reinstalled? Print

Important: All data will be deleted by performing a reinstall. 

We offer a wide variety of Linux distributions which you can choose to reinstall your VPS with at any time! This can be done via our VPS Control Panel (SolusVM) using the following steps:

1. Select your VPS from the Services tab (screenshot)
2. Click on Manage My VPS » (screenshot)
3. Click on Reinstall (screenshot)
4. Choose an Operating System and click Reinstall (screenshot)

After confirming the installation, you should then see a message which reads: Installation has been started. Please allow up to 10 minutes for it to complete

All done - your new Operating System should now be installed!
