OS Template Updates

Good morning!
A few updates have been pushed to all new and existing VPS customers:
- Debian 6 has been removed given that it hits End of Life next month.
- Ubuntu 10.04 has been removed given that it has reached End of Life.
- Ubuntu 15.10 has been added.
These changes are live on our order form, and in our VPS control panel.
